TRUST ADMINISTRATION AND PROBATE LAW
During a time of grief and financial turmoil following the death of a loved one, we assist our clients in navigating through the complex Probate and Trust Administration process while helping to ensure that their loved one’s wishes are taken into account and the deceased’s family and friends are provided for according to the terms of the deceased’s Will, Trust instrument, and the law. In addition, we assist our clients with Beneficiary Representation, Guardianships and Conservatorships.

Developing the right estate plan to meet your specific needs is one of the best ways to protect and preserve your assets (often saving thousands of dollars probate fees and costs) and to ensure your wishes are honored. Comprehensive estate planning is one of the kindest things that you can do for your family and friends whom you wish to receive a portion of your estate upon your death. We work with our clients to identify their specific needs and assist our clients in all areas of estate planning including the development of an integrated estate plan which may include a Revocable Living Trust, Last Will and Testament, Advance Healthcare Directive (Living Will), and Power of Attorney (Health Care Proxy).
